FREE Women’s Self-Defense Classes

Every Saturday from 1-3 PM through December 7th, Kitsap Martial Arts is hosting FREE self-defense classes. We understand that mixed-gender classes aren’t always the right fit, so our Saturday classes are just for women.

This is a safe and supportive environment where you’ll learn:

Confidence and mental preparedness
– Build the mindset to stay calm and in control, even under pressure.

De-escalation and situational awareness
– Stay a step ahead by recognizing and avoiding danger before it happens.

Simple yet effective striking techniques
– Learn how to punch, kick, and strike with power and precision.

How to escape grabs, holds, and attacks
– Techniques to free yourself from someone trying to overpower you.

Open to all women ages 13+
Tag your friends and make it a group experience!
